He said that during the intense fighting between November 3 and 5, the army bombed Khampa town at least 10 times from the air, and at least 20 houses were burned. A resident who fled the war said that when there was fighting in the past, the locals who used to flee to Kale Town are now fighting in Kale Town, so they have to take refuge in villages close to Khampa Town.

He also said that when there was a fight in Khampa town last month, they fled towards Kale town and India, but now fighting is going on at Kale town and there are arrests from the Indian side, so they have to flee to the nearby villages.
Khampa is a city on the Kale - Tamu Asia road and a city on the main road of Myanmar-India goods flow. Now, the military camp attacked by the local defense forces is also the camp where political activists from Khampa are detained.
